2012 ACT ALP Conference

This Saturday, 28 July, the ACT ALP will hold it’s annual conference.  The ALP has a proud history of holding it’s conferences in plain view of the public (unlike other parties) and below I’ve posted up the conference papers deleted the conference papers on request from ACT ALP.

While it’s an election year, there is a bunch of stuff in there which I think is interesting.  There is the question about why the membership fees are increasing in a period where members are actually leaving.  Some of the motions will also hopefully inspire some debate.

I’ll be attending (Woden Tradies, this Saturday from 9am) and live tweeting (#ALPACT12 and #ACTALPConf if you’d like to follow along).  If you’re around, come and say g’day.

I’ll try and get a few posts up about particular things which I think are relevant and should be discussed.
